Chicken Nems Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 spring roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
