Chicken Yassa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to coat the chicken.
