Choco-Pear Corollas

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 150g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)

  4. Cover the pear halves in the melted chocolate completely and put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake the pear halves in the oven for 15-20 minutes to soften them slightly and to allow the chocolate to set.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a separate bowl over a pot of simmering water and drizzle it over the pear halves.
  7. Decorate with chopped nuts or desiccated coconut (optional).
  8. Place the corollas in the fridge for 10-15 minutes for the white chocolate to set and to allow the pears to cool down.
  9. Serve the Choco-Pear Corollas on a plate and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions:

These corollas are perfect on their own, but you can also serve them with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for added indulgence. You can also add some fresh berries or a drizzle of raspberry sauce to give it a tangy twist. Enjoy!
