Chocolate Easter Egg Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Assorted Easter eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, white granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Sift in flour and baking powder. Mix until everything is well combined to form a dough.
