Turn the duck breasts over and cook for another 2-3 minutes for a medium rare finish. Remove from the skillet and let the duck breasts rest for a few minutes.
  4. While the duck breasts are resting, add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Slice the duck breasts diagonally and plate. Drizzle the sauce over the duck breasts.
