Fish Quiche with Shrimp Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pound cooked fish fillets (salmon or white fish), flaked
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
