Fish Quiche with Shrimp Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound cooked fish fillets (salmon or white fish), flaked

Instructions:
