Fresh Tabbouleh Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked bulgur wheat
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked bulgur wheat, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, chopped mint and chopped green onions.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
