Glazed Popsicles with Mango, Strawberry and Raspberry
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mango puree
- 1 cup of strawberries puree
- 1 cup of raspberry puree
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup of water
Directions:
- In a saucepan, bring the sugar, honey, and water to a boil until sugar dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and let it cool down.
- In a food processor, blend mangoes and strawberries to a puree consistency separately
- In another bowl, puree raspberries and strain out the seeds.
- Mix the three purees together and pour into popsicle molds.
- Now pour the cooled sugar syrup on top of the firmed up popsicles and freeze again.
