Green Curry with Vegetables: Thai Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green curry paste
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 handfuls of mixed vegetables (baby corn, carrots, green beans, and peppers)
