Jelly Apples
Ingredients
- 6 medium-sized apples
- 2 tablespoons of powdered pectin
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the apples thoroughly and dry them with a clean towel.
