Lamb Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg lamb, cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped

- 2 cups water
- Fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and sauté until they begin to splutter.
