Paprika Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool slightly before serving.
