Parmentier of Duck Confit

Ingredients:

  • 4 duck legs confit
  • 1kg of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50g of butter
  • 50ml of cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and slice your potatoes and boil them until they are soft.
  3. Mince your onion and garlic.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan and add your onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
