Roast Pork with Dried Apricots Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pork loin roast (3-4 lbs)
- 2 cups dried apricots
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:
