Sorrel Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sorrel leaves, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes.
