Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  3. Place the mixture onto a large piece of wax paper and shape it into a log shape. Slowly roll the wax paper around the meat mixture to create an enclosed log. Remove the wax paper and place the meat log into a baking dish.
  4. Pour the tomato sauce over the top of the meat log.

  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing the log into serving size pieces.
  8. Serve hot, sprinkled with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley.
