Ingredients:

  • 4 Andouillette sausages
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut lengthwise slits in the sausages without cutting all the way through. This will allow for even cooking and prevent them from bursting open. Brush them with oil.
