Apple Paste Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs apples
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
Directions:
- Peel, core, and chop the apples.
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped apples, water, and lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer until the apples are very soft and the mixture is thick, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.

- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Spoon into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
