Apple Tartiflette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2-3 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. reblochon cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy and set aside. Drain most of the bacon fat, leaving only about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.
