Artichoke Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and roughly mashed
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
