Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 6 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup chicken broth
