Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, diced
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

- 2 stalks celery, chopped

Instructions
