Beaufort Shell Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Beaufort cheese, grated
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (14.5 oz) small shell pasta, cooked and drained
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:
