Beaufort Shell Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Beaufort cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) small shell pasta, cooked and drained
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
