Slow Cooked Beef and Carrots
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed
- 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:
