Berry Easter Pastry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
