Black Plum Jam Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of black plums, pitted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, combine the chopped black plums, sugar, and water. Stir well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
