Brasil Crusta – Treat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, pulse the cashews and Brazil nuts until they are finely ground.
  4. Add in the agave nectar, melted coconut oil, salt, and cocoa powder (if using), and pulse until well combined.
  5. Using your hands, form the mixture into small discs or balls, and place them onto the lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  7. Allow the Brasil Crustas to cool completely before serving.
