Brioche with Thermomix Sugar Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g Flour
- 7g Yeast
- 60g Sugar
- 10g Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 200g Butter
- 1 Egg Yolk
- Thermomix Sugar
Directions:
- Add the flour, yeast, sugar and salt into a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the eggs and mix until the dough comes together.
- Slowly add the butter and knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
- Punch down the dough, divide into 12 equal portions and shape into balls.
- Place the dough balls into a greased baking tin, cover and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
- Brush the top of the brioche with egg yolk and sprinkle over the Thermomix sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
