Broccoli Flan Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup of full-fat milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Steam the chopped broccoli until perfectly tender. Drain and set aside to cool.

  9. Bake it for 35-40 minutes or until the top is nicely browned.
  10. Lift the dish from the oven and let it cool for five minutes.
