Buckwheat Soda Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups of buckwheat flour
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 cups of buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, sift together the buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda.
