Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

  10. Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes.
  11. Run a knife around edges of pan to loosen cake, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
