- 24 Burgundy snails (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- If using fresh snails, clean and prepare them according to instructions. For canned snails, drain and rinse them well.

- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the liquid is reduced by half.
