Calamari Stuffed with Seafood Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 squid tubes, cleaned and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into each squid tube, filling each tube about 3/4 full.
  4. Secure the opening of each tube with a toothpick.
  5. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the squid tubes for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the squid tubes to a baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the squid is cooked through and the stuffing is crispy.
  7. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
