Ingredients:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod (split lengthwise)
  • 50 g butter (melted and cooled)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 60 ml rum
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
