Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:
