Ingredients
- 8 Veal Osso Bucco pieces
- 1 cup of tomato puree
- 2 cups of beef stock
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery sticks, diced
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Season the osso bucco with salt and pepper.
- In a Dutch oven or casserole, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
