Casserole Sourdough Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup corn kernels

Instructions:

- Remove from the oven, and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
