Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) flan dish with butter.
  2. Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
