Cauliflower Puree in the Oven Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
