Celeriac Puree Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large celeriac, peeled and diced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Instructions:
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the diced celeriac to the boiling water and let it cook for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the celeriac and transfer it to a food processor.
