Chestnut Velouté Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chestnuts, peeled and quartered
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:
