Pressure Cooker Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Rinse chicken breasts and pat them dry.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Turn on the pressure cooker and select the “sauté” function.
- Add olive oil to the pressure cooker and wait for it to heat up.

- Remove the chicken from the pressure cooker and let it rest for a few minutes.
