- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Mix together the cumin, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken thighs.
