Chinese Fried Noodles with Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Chinese egg noodles
- 1/2 lb. pork shoulder, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
Instructions:
- Cook the Chinese egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the sliced pork shoulder and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the pork is browned.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onions and stir-fry for another minute.
- Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for another minute.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the cooked Chinese egg noodles and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until everything is well combined and the noodles are heated through.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve the Chinese Fried Noodles with Pork hot, topped with additional chopped green onions, if desired. This dish goes well with steamed rice or as a stand-alone meal. Enjoy!
