Chocolate-chestnut log Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked and mashed chestnuts
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
