Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
