Chocolate Tartlets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and softened butter until it forms a dough.
  3. Press the dough into each muffin cup, forming a crust in the shape of a cup. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crusts are golden brown.

  7. Spoon the ganache mixture into the cooled tartlet crusts and refrigerate until the ganache has firmed up (about 1-2 hours).
