Chorba Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound stewing beef, cut into small chunks
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, and coriander and cook for another minute.

- Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
