Chorizo Wraps Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- Place the wraps back on the baking sheet and put them in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and cut each wrap in half. Serve hot.
