Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • Butter or cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
